This is for you Lissa, miss you.... So, after 3 failed attempts with homemade bread, I finally found a recipe that fits me. Here is the proof and wow is it good, if I do say so myself. I just wanted to show evidence of my recent success. Thanks Brittany. Makes the best french toast.
